There are a lot of products out there to relieve neck pain. Most often my clients tell me how tight and uncomfortable it is at the base of their skull, a region called the occiput. Depending on how aggressive you want to get, there are a few options to soften the tension in this area. This video demonstrates the use of a pillow, foam roller, craniocradle, still point inducer, and occipivot.
