Stillness: How to love it on August 21st (Local Live Class)


It is so much easier to move than be still because in stillness the body gets stiff and the mind begins to race so why would you ever want to me still? Believe it or not, being still doesn’t always mean not moving, but rather bringing your into the present moment aware of your surroundings and messages that are trying to guide you. That is the benefit of meditation and there are so many ways to meditate beyond sitting in total silence. Come explore your options to be more present and aware and embrace stillness of the mind and the body.

*Please bring a pillow and dress comfortably. If you are not able to lay on the floor, please let us know so we can have either a chair or treatment table set up for you. All stretches can be modified to meet your needs and that is what the class is about! It’s meant for those of us who may be hurting and want to feel better. So please do not hesitate to ask for help.
