"The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well." - Hippocrates

Satisfied Clients Say ...

"Myofascial release (MFR) has become a way of life for me. Linking the physical with the psychological detriments in treatment opened up a whole new avenue of healing potential for me. MFR enlightened me to truly sense what my body needed and wanted to self heal through MFR self-treatment and the guidance of skilled healthcare professionals. Since I began MFR, I have transformed significantly physically, professionally, and psychologically. Having the courage to experience what I need go through has evolved me into an empathetic, influential healer. As my fascial restrictions are untangled, I find that I have more strength, energy, and thus confidence in my abilities. I feel a sense of calmness that allows me to think clearly and evaluate situations and clients more holistically and efficiently. My enthusiasm for life and all it’s challenges expands each day. In my years of practicing, Myofascial Release stands out as the missing link to therapy. "

Balance in our bodies allows us to move freely in harmony with our horse.
Balance in our tissue and muscles allows us to ride pain free.
Balance in our mind allows us to think clearly and rationally.
Balance in our spirit allows to be patient and joyful while we ride.

All classes will begin with a meditation to gain more inner awareness and focus. The class will then proceed into self treatment methods to ease pain and tension while balancing the body in a calm relaxed manor allowing for permanent change. At times, we will use the horse to gain more connection and unity with the horse as you ride. The classes will also provide education to both the human and horse anatomical movement patterns and how our alignment affects the horse's ability to move and understand our requests.

*You are not required to bring your horse, own a horse or be a horseback rider to participate in the class. We will be covering body balancing techniques first and then will integrate use of the horses.
